As today's IT managers increasingly deal with the challenges of global competition and a changing workforce, effective management and leadership skills are needed more than ever. To address this growing need, the AIM Institute and its business members are pleased to offer the third annual IT Leadership Academy.
The goal of the Academy is to help IT managers develop and enhance their leadership skills to more fully leverage the talents and contributions of the local IT workforce. Selected nominees will attend a series of monthly daylong, issues-oriented seminars from November 2010 through May 2011. Applications must be received by Sept. 10.
