Query
The Query feature is unique to the ARIA system, as it allows users to select any field or a combination of fields to generate specific information for their program, counselors, services rendered, etc. A Query does not have to include fields from a particular tab – such as contact information – but it may query across different tabs. For example, users may want to construct a list that includes the State, Ethnicity, and Program Year fields. The ARIA Query feature allows users to automatically export their criteria to an excel spreadsheet as well.
Report
ARIA’s Report feature displays real-time Annual Performance Report data for your program and its participants. When users select the Program Year, the information automatically displays for that year’s federally funded report. The Report function also allows users to select specific categories on the APR to retrieve that category’s participant data.
Stats
ARIA’s Stats feature communicates your participant data visually by generating graphs. Users can choose between pie charts or bar graphs to display participant data such as Age, Ethnicity, Gender, or City.
