Urban League of Nebraska
The ARIA system offered by AIM has been an excellent tool for helping the Urban League of Nebraska’s programs capture important & accurate data, when putting together reports and documenting the success of our various programs. ARIA is a user-friendly fast and reliable program that can be applied universally to several different applications and components for businesses, non-profit organizations, or educational institutions. It is a very adaptable database and can grow, change, and be as flexible as the various programs it serves. We are very pleased with the service the AIM ARIA program has been able to provide our agency! The help desk individual is always available to answer any questions my staff and I might have; she is a pleasure to work with.

ARIA delivers! The standard data fields capture all APR-essential information, while customization of these fields allows for more specific tracking of our program’s unique needs. The query and report features generate detailed student progress and outcomes with just the click of a button. Especially helpful to our EOC program is the information icon beside each data field, which provides a detailed explanation for each of the display field options, as well as the regulations and APR expectations for EOC. ARIA helps us keep track of what we need in order to meet our program objectives. It is a very simple database to use and there are always great people available to answer your questions.

This is a web-based database, designed exclusively for EOC by people working within an EOC program. At the click of a button, our entire APR comes up ERROR-FREE, as the database has built in all the checks and balances that are included in the online APR.
The company is a pleasure to work with and responds in a very timely manner to all our questions; their tech help is superb. They will even custom design your database for you to suit your internal reporting needs.
The joy of the web-based database is that all the technical changes and corrections are done by the company online so that you don't have to have your own on-campus tech support. After going through three or four databases — each with their own headaches (incl. cumbersome entry forms, poor tech help, non-responsiveness to updates and changes, lack of follow-through, etc.) — this company's database is the Christmas gift we have been wishing for for years!

TANN Academy
The Technology Academies of Northeast Nebraska (TANN Academy) began using ARIA in 2006. I have been entering data on all of the students who have been involved in TANN since classes first began in the fall of 2003. I have found it easy to enter information and navigate ARIA. A very short tutorial over the phone with AIM personnel and I was off and running.
We have also used ARIA to conduct pre- and post-surveys with our students each semester. Teachers also participate in the post-survey. Students and teachers found the surveys easy to fill out. They did have some problems initially with submitting the surveys. But, again, a phone call to AIM took care of this “minor glitch”. TANN is a grant-funded program and the program’s evaluators have found these surveys to be a valuable tool in assessing the success of student learning.
