We partner with community economic development organizations and industries to enhance their workforce recruitment abilities. A key component of these partnerships is our Careerlink.com job-posting service and education on how to advertise job openings online. We also partner with community organizations to obtain grants that help recruit labor and/or develop an industry.

  • Community Partnerships – AIM has partnered with the following communities to offer subsidized Careerlink.com job-posting services to small- and mid-sized business owners:

  • Auburn, North Platte and Seward BECA Grant – The Workforce Improvement Network, a partnership created by the Auburn, North Platte and Seward to enhance their workforce recruitment abilities, received funding in December 2007 from the Governor through Nebraska's Building Entrepreneurial Communities Act (BECA). A key component of the grant is AIM's pledge to provide in-kind matching funds via its Careerlink.com job-posting service and education coordination activities. Learn More...
  • Ethanol Workforce Development – A partnership has been established with the Ethanol industry, working with the community colleges in Nebraska to create and build a workforce to serve this rapidly expanding industry and encourage its growth in the state.
