As today's IT managers increasingly deal with the challenges of global competition and a changing workforce, effective management and leadership skills are needed more than ever. To address this growing need, the AIM Institute and its business members have collaborated to create an annual IT Leadership Academy. Participants: Participation is limited. Criteria for selection include leadership potential, motivation, ability to
identify and meet IT challenges and interest in the IT Leadership Academy. Applicants will be notified of their selection into the IT Leadership Academy by October 1, 2009. Tuition: For Orientation and seven monthly day-long seminars, tuition is:

Corporate Participants - Non-AIM Members

$3,250 

Corporate Participants - AIM Members 

$3,000 

Educational and Nonprofit Participants 

$2,000 


This fee includes all materials, Gallup's Clifton StrengthsFinder™ 2.0 assessment, refreshments (breakfast and lunch), local and national speakers, and access to unique leadership development activities and ongoing support that will lead to both substantive personal growth and a measurable impact on the sponsoring company. Participants will also receive complimentary registration to attend the AIM Institute's IT Futures Forum, Infotec™ and the Technology Celebration Banquet and Awards.
