global competition and a changing workforce, effective management and

Steering Committee: AIM is coordinating the program under the guidance and direction of a volunteer Steering Committee,
comprised of IT managers from small, medium, and large companies,
representing the diverse industries in the region. Kris Lappala, vice

Participants: Limited to 40 individuals who hold IT
leadership/management positions and those who are expected to hold such
positions in the future. Participants will be notified of their
acceptance into the program by Wednesday, Oct. 1.

This fee includes all materials, Gallup's Clifton StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment, refreshments (breakfast and lunch), local and national speakers, and access to unique leadership development activities and ongoing support that will lead to both substantive personal growth and a measurable impact on the sponsoring company. Participants will also receive complimentary registration to attend the AIM Institute's Fall IT Futures Forum, the Infotec Regional IT Conference, and the AIM Technology Banquet and Awards Celebration.
