Adam Haeder's Bio Print E-mail
I am Adam Haeder, the Vice President of Information Technology for the AIM Institute in Omaha, NE. I enjoy all things computer related, specifically hardware, open source, video games (new and old school) and video manipulation. I live near Omaha, NE with my wife and four children.  I graduated in 1996 from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD with a degree in Computer Science. I was a member of the Honor Society, received USD’s Presidential Scholarship, and received the John A. Lushbough Scholarship for Computer Science Student of the year in 1996.  In the mid-1990s, I worked for EPS Technologies, a PC hardware manufacturer started by an ex-Gateway employee. I moved to Omaha in 1997 with EPS and then came to the AIM Institute in late 1997. I’ve done just about every IT job at AIM, including desktop support, cabling, programming, database administration, web site development, project management, IT consulting, training (mostly Cisco and Linux) and management of our systems and development teams.

I am a member of the following organizations:
•    Vice President of the Omaha Linux User’s Group
•    Linux Professional Institute (LPI) Global Advisory Council
•    University of Nebraska at Omaha technology advisory committee
•    University of Nebraska at Kearney Telecommunications Management Advisory Council
•    Omaha Public Schools technology advisory committee
