Dave Vankat's Bio

Dave Vankat is the Director of Events Management for the AIM Institute. He is the conference director for the Infotec Conference and coordinates AIM’s other conferences and events. Dave has worked with AIM since its founding and has been involved with developing AIM memberships and the Careerlink.com web site. In addition to AIM, Dave has worked in IT consulting as well as in the online financial services industry on software development and project management. He holds a B.S. degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Dave is an Omaha native and lives there with his wife Melia and their seven children. Dave is involved in a number of community and Catholic organizations and is a graduate of the Leadership Omaha program.
