 J.D. Pace started with AIM as an Intern in July of 1994. In July of 1998, he accepted a full-time position as the Senior Software Engineer. He has worked with Careerlink for the life of the product and now focuses mainly on back-end processes, job application creation, hiring process automation and enforcement, and integration with client and vendor HRIS systems. J.D. now spends most of his time coding in PHP, JavaScript and HTML; but has considerable experience with C and Java. He enjoys finding better, more elegant solutions to problems, anticipating future development needs, and creating tools to make his peers more efficient. He also has a heavy interest in optimization and mathematical modeling and looks for ways to instrument processes for measurement, management and improvement. In his spare time, J.D. enjoys travelling with his wife, taking classes, sketching, mechanical drawing and computer modeling, gaming and programming.
