Stephanie Fears' Bio

Stephanie is currently Client Engagement Specialist Manager for the AIM Institute and Careerlink.com. She previously served as Content Development Specialist for AIM. Additionally, she assisted with several grants including Community Technology Centers, Omaha Safe Schools Healthy Students and the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant. Stephanie holds an Associate degree in Health & Human Services from Metropolitan Community College, Omaha, Nebraska, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems and Human & Social Services Administration from Bellevue University, Nebraska. Stephanie is very active in her community serving on several committees such as the African American Achievement Council, Ways to Work Program and the North Omaha Community Council. Stephanie’s favorite quote is “Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed.”
