Educational Opportunity Centers (EOC) is a federally funded college access program through the U.S. Department of Education as part of the Federal TRIO Programs. The program is designed to support adults and out-of-school youth in accessing and succeeding in postsecondary education.

EOC focuses on individuals who are ready to take the next step toward college or career training but need guidance navigating the process.

Participants often include those returning to education after time in the workforce or those looking to upskill or change career paths.

Our Approach at AIM

At AIM Institute, EOC is implemented with a focus on access, flexibility, and career alignment.

AIM connects participants to both traditional college pathways and high-demand, short-term training opportunities, including programs aligned with technology and innovation careers.
