Talent Search is a federally funded college access program through the U.S. Department of Education as part of the Federal TRIO Programs. The program identifies and supports students who have the potential to succeed in higher education and connects them with the resources needed to achieve their goals.
Talent Search focuses on early intervention, helping students build a strong foundation for college and career success.
The program often begins working with students earlier than other TRIO programs to ensure sustained support throughout their academic journey.

Talent Search provides individualized, ongoing guidance to help students navigate the path to postsecondary education. Core services include:
Academic advising and goal setting
College and career exploration
Assistance with high school course selection and graduation planning
Financial aid awareness, including FAFSA support and scholarship guidance
College application assistance
Workshops on study skills, time management, and career readiness
